 \, \"Using Precision Conservation to Target Land Retirement: Incorporating
  Spatially Variable Profit and Crop Insurance Premiums\" on Friday\, Febru
 ary 4th starting at 3:10pm CST.\n\nDr. Khanal is a Postdoctoral Researcher
  at the University of Delaware's Center for Experimental and Applied Econo
 mics (CEAE)\, Department of Applied Economics and Statistics. His research
  interests include studying human decision-making processes in the choice 
 of agri-environmental programs\, conservation programs\, agricultural tech
 nology adoption\, and farm profit maximization using precision agriculture
  and crop insurance. He'll also share information about farmer's willingne
