Dr. Zhiyou Wen is a Professor of Food Science and Human Nutrition and the Director of the Center for Crops Utilization Research. His expertise is bioprocessing engineering with significant experience in fermentation, anaerobic digestion and wastewater treatment. In the Grass2Gas project, he is participating in Goal 1.
